Hey guys, I haven't posted in awhile, been super busy! I haven't really been checking the board out lately and that is probably why I've let myself slip!
It all started Memorial w/e, I went out to eat at this restuarant that has to die for fried fish and hushpuppies, and I usually get a salad but I got the fish!
I got right back on the induction part, but guess what tonight I made barbeque redhot sausages with mac and cheese, and before I knew it I had my redhot in a bun and some mac and cheese!!
But thats not the worst of it after that I had some vanilla wafer sticks, you know with the creme in the middle
I binged on those and I'm thinking bout going in there and getting the rest of them
What is wrong?! I've been doing this for five months!! And been doing fine. I said I wouldn't do this again, I was sick after Memorial Day. It is time for Tom, but I usually do fine even when it is that time of month. I can not go back and gain all that weight!! Help I need encouragement!! Please help me get back on track!! I see so many success stories here and I just wonder how many of you fell off the wagon, for how long, and what did it take to get you back on track?

. You can get RIGHT back on track ... just do it tomorrow. You made a mistake, now it's over, just go forward, dig in and just do it. Start coming here more often, like every day if you can. Join the challenge that Jimmie and Becky suggested. It sounds like something that would really be beneficial. Don't give up.
