Ok…I was 7 pounds from my goal and I let everyone talk me into quitting atkins. Now I am 9 pounds from my goal, working out 6 days per week, and wondering where to go from here. Below is a sample menu from 3 of my best days in the past week…I went nuts and added in everything at once so I guess I could say it is still atkins, just the last owl stage. What does everyone think? Back to try for a clean 2 week induction? Just stay on this owl? Loose some stuff? Add more fat back in? I am disgusted with myself for giving in.
Breakfast – 2 scrambled eggs
Snack – 32 oz cranwater and 1 apple
Lunch – large salad with cheese, bacon, and a little ranch dressing
Snack – cheese stick and 10 small tlc wheat crackers
Dinner – Grilled chicken and broccoli
Snack – sugar free jello and light coolwhip
Breakfast - 1 atkins chocolate shake
Snack – 32 oz cranwater and 1 banana
Lunch – turkey w/1 slice cheddar cheese on 1 or 2 slices nature’s own 100% whole grain sugar free bread and 2 pickle slices
Snack – pumpkin w/1 oz cream cheese, cinnamon, and 1 packet of stevia
Dinner – Grilled chicken salad w/ranch
Snack – strawberries and light coolwhip
Breakfast – ½ pb&J sandwich nature’s own 100% whole grain sugar free bread and 1 glass 1%milk
Snack – 32 oz cranwater and 1 cup cucumbers
Lunch – large salad with cheese, bacon, and a little ranch dressing
Snack – 1 glass heartwise orange juice
Dinner – Grilled chicken, broccoli, and another salad
Snack – 1 apple and a box of organic raisins
