DH turned me onto a cool web site. It doesn't track your daily food consumption like fitday does, although if it did I would dump fitday in a heart beat. But, it has some good info and it shows charts and graphs of individual foods that are really cool. You can add foods to a 'pantry list' and then select foods for a recipe to get the breakdown for the recipe.
