Ok, Ketostix....I have read up on them...and I still haven't been able to answer my question....
Before, I was testing dark purple, which then ofcourse, I upped my water intake...but it's not like I was dehydrated, I usually had 4-6 cups by that time.
So I decided to increase my intake from 8 cups to about 12-14 cups...the more I drink the faster I lose right...so then I started test every other day, consistently in the moderate purple/dark pink range.
Well earlier, I tested (the same time as usual) and I tested negative....not even a trace, but by then I had a lot of my daily intake of water...so that could have diluted it...but I guess my question is, why would it change like that all of a sudden.... (It wasn't first thing in the morning, it was mid day and about the 4th trip to the washroom..lol)
How can you test in a certain range for so long then that goes to the complete end of the spectrum, when you've changed nothing about your diet or water consumption?
So then I tested about 30 minutes ago, I am registering in the moderate range again. These things are confusing!
Thanks in advance!
