    I have quit snoring too.. I was waking myself up for a while there.. Heartburn is better.. I don't run to the bathroom after I eat anymore...so the IBS is better.. Headaches are better too.. Use to get them all the time.. now its more around TOM only...

    I had alot of energy but lately that isn't around.. I have been so busy though...

      What everyone else said!
      No acid reflux whatsoever! No gas (thats an amazing one although I'm not as much fun at family gatherings now)
      I think the biggest change for me has been my mood. I never saw anyone about it but always suspected I suffered from depression to some degree. Since making this change my energy and outlook on life has completely made a turn for the better.
      I can't imagine ever returning to my old eating habits!!!

        Hi there
        Best thing I've noticed about Atkins is the knowledge that I'm in control of what I eat - rather than feeling that food controls me. It's an amazing feeling. Also ... no food cravings (EXCELLENT!!!). Isn't it lovely when those sceptics around you who thought you were just going to DIE by following a low-carb programme, suddenly start paying attention because the weight is falling off. It's great when they start asking how they can change their lifestyle too. Atkins is the best!
        Start weight: 103.6 kg (227.92 lbs)
        Goal weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
        Now weighing in at ...... 95.6kg (210.32)
        Total loss = 8 kg (17.6 lbs)

          WAY less headaches, I'm happier, way more energy, I'm not exhausted after I eat & my skin looks better!

            the circulation to my legs and arms has greatly improved. there was a time when i would get tingly sensations to my extremities. i have more energy and i can actually run. my back doesnt hurt like before.

            however there are some semi-sucky things about my weight loss. basically i went from a x-large to a medium bordering on small. clothing that i bought 2 months ago that i THOUGHT would be fine for me to wear turn out to be too baggy for me. i get great reactions from friends that have not seen me in years but i also wound up scaring the crap out of some people as they though i was gravely ill, go figure...

              NO MORE MIGRAINES!
              No more snoring.
              No more mood swings/irritability caused by low blood sugar.
              No more calf/ankle pain.
              No more profuse perspiration.
              No more self-esteem issues.
              No more pre-diabetes!

              I have saved money because I do NOT buy: junk food, fast food, soda, plus size clothes.

              I now have more energy, more stamina when I exercise, muscle definition, improved cardiovascular health, a healthy relationship with food, smaller clothes!
