I'm having cornish game hen with steamed veggies and a salad with cheese and bacon on it. Hey Sandy, Have you tried the cheese taco shells that have been mentioned here. They sound good. They'll give you that taco crunch. I used to be the taco bell Queen, love'em. Key words "used to be". haha. Those steamed crab legs sound mighty good too. count me in.

                          That sounds goooooooood, Phode!!!!

I'm trying out a new recipe: curry lamb. It's a West Indian recipe for curry goat, but since I don't have goat, I'm subbing it with lamb. It's cooking away in the crockpot and when I get home, I'm gonna eat!

Megs, can I get the recipe? Curry lamb is my husbands favorite, and unfortunately, there isn't a good single Indian restaurant anywhere near where we live.
