    Re: What's for dinner?

After reading through the first two pages, I started to wonder if anyone was actually eating food......<lol>

I grilled up 5 pounds of boneless chicken breast...our guests decided to not come afterall. So, my family had chicken, and I have chicken left for about 2 days for 4 people. Ya think that's enough???

        Re: What's for dinner?

last night I made grilled chicken thighs (I dont like white meat any longer. used to eat it like mad pre-atkins, now.... gimme dark). and grilled some brussel sprouts along side.

Tonight.... Ive got ground turkey thawing. Im thinking about either bacon cheeseburgers with mushrooms and a tomato salad n the side OR... tacos/taco salad. (likely the burgers, TOM is killing me and I dont need all the cheese shells salt content)

We do mostly thighs too. What's really nice about thigh meat is it never dries out unless you char it.

Poor Emma. Maybe you could throw some meat and veggies into a blender and call it a "smoothie"? LOL
