    Your inbox was full!! I couldn't REPLY...so I'll write my post HERE.

    "yES! oH gosh, I've read the book about 80 billion times, haha! Actually it's hard b/c I'm NOT fat or overweight...and I'm comfortable with my body enough to eat healthy during the weeks and binge on weekends and i maintain that way = NOT that atkins WOL..yes i know.

    Granted - I look thin b/c I'm posting pics of when I WAS really thin...get me?? I'm not FAR off either! I just want to be at my best like last year and then STAY THERE...you know??

    So...it's day #2...and I saw your website, it's great..I'm saving it as a favorite so I can go everyday!!

    P.S - I don't think you drink...but when/if you do - how long into it do you start. AND someone is saying Bacardi is allowed when really I thought it WASN'T b/c it's made from sugar cane - what the? DO TELL ME! Atkins says straight up vodka (gross) but don't remember the bacardi...

    Glad you liked the site! As for alcohol: I do not drink, so perhaps other posters could help you here? It seems that light beer, dry wines, and especially hard liquor is a decent post-Induction bet.
