so I keep telling myself I will try atkins again I do good for a few days then fall off the wagon.. I usually cant go more than about 3 days.. however Ive been pretty much on plan for the past week..except for one day.. its really about choices you have to decide what you will and won't eat. I really at this point am not measuring my weight or inches because until I feel like I can really really stick to this for longer than a few days I dont feel like I should be worrying about weight. right now my goal is to stick to the plan.
and I was wondering if anyone else had trouble with will power and what do you do when you just want to say screw it and eat a bunch of carbs?
