    From 1981 to 2007..what a difference 26 years makes ...?

    DH had a crazy idea tonight. We found a picture of me taken in 1981 when I was 25 years old .. and put it side by side with a current picture of me in 2007 at 51 years old (6 years into the Atkins lifestyle and after becoming a late-blooming runner...) See for yourself.


    April, 1981, age 25


    May, 2007, age 51

    Is it possible to get the body you once had? Yes, if you're willing to work your @ss off for it.

          Wow! That is great! Do you have any heavy pics from the years in between? Everybody tells me I look 19 again since I lost my weight. Not bad since I am 30.

                  Wow Betty. That is amazing ~ your photos are very inspiring. I've always said that they should advertise the Atkins as a 'fountain of youth' and everyone would be doing the program. You are proof of the amazing results from doing the Atkins' lifestyle!
