    Why do we have to eat at least our BMR in calories? How does that affect weight loss?

    Your body needs your BMR to do everyday stuff, like breathing & blinking. Give them calories to it!

    If you dont eat up to your BMR your body could go in to starvation mode, meaning it will hold on to everything and you wont lose weight!
