    Hi Everybody,

    I've posted before, but not in the last month or so. Started Atkins on March 26th at 225 lbs. Today, June 23, I weigh 194 - a total loss of 31 pounds. Very happy with my success, but here's my problem. I had my daughter take a before picture of me and just the other day, an after picture of me. Except for my legs slimming down a lot and some in my midriff area, I still look the same. I really really need to lose in my breast area and upper body all together. I look like a linebacker. What can I do to lose in the areas that I want? Any help would be appreciated.

    I will try to post these pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

        I always lose in my chest first, its just WRONG !

          I never lose my chest(HHH) I always look bigger than i am especilly in photos because i have to wear huge shirts to cover them.

            Maria, you have to upload your photos to a website host to be able to post them here. Try photobucket.com. Its free. Once you've uploaded your pictures there, then just copy the link and paste the link here, using the icon above (insert image).

              Hmmm .... I'm wondering if anyone has any possible specific exercise ideas for you - to target those areas that are bothering you. Like you I'm struggling to upload photies. But if I could you'd realise that exercise and I have NOT been closely aquainted. But there might be some veritable exercise gurus out there who would know how to do that stuff.                     Awesome loss so far I too am losing in my lower half which was bigger and want to lose in my upper half but I figured after I lose so much in the lower it will slowly move upward and come off...lol

                    Any other diet I have tried its been the opposite..Upper half goes first..lol
