  • Less carbs the better?

On induction is it ok to be under the 20 carbs a day if you can accomplish it while still eating enough veggies/meat? Will it help you lose faster?

As long as you get your veggies in its fine, but its not necessarily better!

Hey there hon. Welcome to you. I would advise you to stick to your 20g on induction 'cos that way you are feeding your body with 2 cups of salad / veggies. Very important to keep up your vits, minerals etc. Plus, if you don't eat enough your body is going to think that you are going into starvation mode and start conserving fat. Which you really don't want. 20g is going to allow you to lose weight really quickly anyway - unless there is some physiological reason for otherwise. I'm wondering if maybe you are kinda thinking about this as a normal "diet", where the less you eat the more you lose. It isn't like that honey. Honestly it isn't. You don't have to feel guilty or anything for eating all the things you can eat on induction. Go for it. You'll lose weight. You won't be hungry. And ... you are going to feel FABULOUS. All the best to you. Lotsa luv.
Start weight: 103.6 kg (227.92 lbs)
Goal weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
      Now weighing in at ...... 95.6kg (210.32)
      Total loss = 8 kg (17.6 lbs)
