I was really hungry, and all I had was vienna sausage, I ate 3 sausages because It said that was the serving size, but I read the ingredients it said less than 2% of sugar!!!! Is this safe, and It also said 1 carb... DID I MESS UP??

I eat a whole can at one sitting, the brand I buy has 1 carb on the back. I eat it with alittle mayo. I wouldn't eat it too often because its high in Sodium and its not the healthiest of foods for you, but its a good quick on the go filler.Lora
