I posted in my journal but am hoping I can get some answers here.
So today is Wednesday the 27th of June and it is not a very good day. I woke up at 425 am and I did drag myself out of the bed and went for the 3 mile walk/run routine. Only this time I walked
much more than I ran. My legs are hurting and I just dont seem to be in the best of moodes. I think my TOM is coming up and I seem to have hit a platoe
on my losing. I dont know if I am just holding in too much water or not doing something right or what. Just turning out to be a disappointing day today.
The walk took me 48 minutes yesterday and I did it in 43 today. I keep going over in my head what I could have done wrong.....I took a bite of cornbread on Sunday...I ate that fried taco on Monday....Can these LITTLE things through me back that much.
I keep reading where people lose over 10-15 pounds and even some in the 20's during induction. I only lost 7 in 2 weeks. And now I have stopped. Do I need to do this again.
Please help
I don't want to just give up
Thanks Julie
