has anyone seen this? any thoughts? its a diabetic product marketed NOT to raise your blood sugar levels. Very low carb (1 serving = 1-2 carbs depending on the type - there are three different cereals offered) Do you think it is ok - ON THE APPROPRIATE RUNG? Just wondering. I really do miss cereal - I could mix cream and water to make "milk"....

I dont believe they are sweetened. I thought they looked good but like you said at the appropriate rung. I didnt look too hard as I am not that into cereal, but wish I had as I am thinking they would make a mean muffin.~Lauren~

Well maybe next time you're at the store take a closer look. I love cereal but can't have it yet. I believe it's Rung 9, the last one.

The 1-2 carbs isn't 1-2 actual carbs it is 1-2 carbs on the diabetic exchange list. The Crunchy Raisin Cereal is 28 carbs then subtract 5 for the dietary fiber. http://www.glucerna.com/product/cereal.aspxPATTI
