      It is interesting to look at exactly who is on line sometimes, particularly this time of day when our buddies across the pond are asleep!

      This morning I saw we had 5 members, 14 guests and 362 search engines/spider bots on board.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

                Mmmm I found this board via the before and after pics and got addicted, lol!
                I had a good look around for a few days then joined up!

                  I was a lurker for 2 weeks before I Joined the board. I was new to message boards in general. But this was back in 2004.

                            Edited to add - I think it is only moderators who are able to see who is online, but here is what I found when I looked at the statistics.

                            At present there are 9 members viewing, with 303 guests - but when I looked to see who is online and told it to display 'guests' rather than 'all' it showed there are 10 real guests only - the other 'guests' viewing the forum pages are search robots or spiders indexing the website.
