Hi all
It's the age old story...
Girl does 2 week Atkins Induction
Girl loses 6lbs
Girl moves to OWL, only loses 1 more lb in 4 weeks
Girl gets overwhelmed with rungs (and frankly, still can't get used to eating higher fat...too many years on Weight Watchers will do that to ya...)
Girl decides to go to South Beach
Girl completes P1 easily (its almost Atkins, after all...)
Girl loses 2 more lbs
Girl moves to P2 and cravings hit like a truck within 2 days
Girl gains 2lbs back
Girl is now frustrated & has completely gone off plan.
Any advice on where to begin again? Back at Induction?
I am totally ready to do this, I just can't seem to settle in past induction. Thie WOE is definitely for me. I feel better, look better and have more energy. I am a very structured person so I do well on the Induction-type menus, but as soon as I need to add things in on my own, all **** breaks loose.
