  • The Whoosh fairy

I don't think I have ever had it but my wife has just started Atkins and she has this question. When the whoosh comes is it strictly urinating or can it be in the form of watery stools or light diarrhea?

The term whoosh usually refers to a larger then nornmal loss of weigh over night.

Yes, I understand that but somehow the liquid has to find a way out of your body which brings me back to my question. In what form or forms does it egress?

EDIT..the body can lose large amounts of water from diarrhea and make us dehydrated so it is not infeasible that the water that is lost in the whooh could be lost that way or is it. That is what I am asking?

Never mind I found a very well written piece on how it occurs over at the kimkins site. Great site.
