just a quick query, i am now out of induction and increasing my carb allowance very slowly by 2 per day , as the scales have yet to catch up with my efforts !! .............(inches are definately dissapearing still)
Can any one help with the carb content of Camembert cheese per ounce, and also how much meat would you generally reccomend as a portion size as part of a meal, Yes i know you say eat till satified but the inner "old" dieting demons are still raising their horrible little heads again Silly i know having already been thru induction and seemingly doing something right!! LOL.
still not gonna weigh myself till the end of the month, when hopefully the whooshie fairy will have visited !!!
Given the amount of water i drink ( bucketfulls!) how will i know, cause i pee so much anyway ??? and i havent noticed much sign of ketones in my breath or urine,
