I am loving this diet because I have a ton of energy...I am not moody...and loads of other reasons.
I've been on it a week now and noticed that the last three days I've had burning hot cheeks. (Someone asked if I was sunburned).
Is this normal? I am assuming (based upon my dragon breath) that I am in ketosis. It isn't a big deal - but I am just wondering what yout thoughts are.
