  • 18 Days into it - I feel GREAT!

    Hi everyone,
    I am feeling really good and cannot believe how my cravings are completely gone! I am eating 2 eggs in the morning, mostly tuna, cheese and mayo for lunches and a huge serving of cauli, broccoli and either chicken or red meat for dinner.

    I am still having my glass of red wine most nights and I am still losing, even so I realise that I may be losing a bit quicker if I didnt, but I am feeling as though I am not giving up anything - and feel fantastic!

    I have made flax seed bread and also flax seed crackers, pizza's and trying lots of different recipes so that I don't get bored, primarily over the weekends. In addition I am doing heaps of walking - given its winter here, its lovely. A few more months and that wont be an option anymore.

    BTW I have moved this thread out of the 14-day induction forum into the Main Atkins one, so any inductioneers arent mislead into thinking that wine and 'huge' servings of veggies from the one-cup list are an induction option

    congratulations on seeking out recipes to make sure you are not getting bored with your food choices as well as exercising too

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
