Hi everyone,
I am feeling really good and cannot believe how my cravings are completely gone! I am eating 2 eggs in the morning, mostly tuna, cheese and mayo for lunches and a huge serving of cauli, broccoli and either chicken or red meat for dinner.
I am still having my glass of red wine most nights and I am still losing, even so I realise that I may be losing a bit quicker if I didnt, but I am feeling as though I am not giving up anything - and feel fantastic!
I have made flax seed bread and also flax seed crackers, pizza's and trying lots of different recipes so that I don't get bored, primarily over the weekends. In addition I am doing heaps of walking
- given its winter here, its lovely. A few more months and that wont be an option anymore.
