  • Work throught the STALL!

After losing eleven lbs. by the end of induction, I stalled. My weight fluctuated between the 10 and 11 pound mark for the next week and a half; but, I didn't stop, as easy as it would have been. I continued exercising nearly everyday, even though the scale was not rewarding me.

Suddenly, two more pounds fell off, and I am now on the last hole on my belt. While I have yet to complete my first month, and therefore no expert at this in any way, my advice is to stick with it, and take measurements more than you check your weight. During the period where I did not lose any weight, I lost ¾ of an inch on both my hips and waist each!

I agree! I am a self confessed scale addict and it NEVER rewards me! But I have lost inches and my body fat % has gone down. When I run into people I haven't seen in awhile they comment that I look thinner so even though the scale won't cooperate I know its working.
