Re: need help! outback steak house
I'm pretty sure it's a higher carb ranch that we're allowed, but I could be wrong. You're skipping the honey mustard sauce, right? Don't eat anything with the word "honey" in it!
You might want to check this link:
It's the nutritional info from the company. They also have "menus" based on specific eating plans.
They also have a Gluten-free menu that would be helpful!
In general, when going out, ask that your food be prepared without flour, starches, or sugars. Ask for veggies steamed with butter, and ask if the meat has any sort of flavor injection or marinade--often, sugar is injected or used as a marinade ingredient to boost the flavor.START 8/16/06 @ 270+~MG1: 220-12/2/06~MG2: 210-1/07~MG3: 199-3/2/07~MG4: 190-4/27/07~MG5: 180-7/04/07~GOAL: 170

Re: need help! outback steak house
I love Outback!! I'm crazy about their filets (rare, no seasoning) and prime rib (medium, no seasoning), and their Caesar dressing is probably my favorite from any restaurant.

Re: need help! outback steak house
I've already asked the server if they could check the label on the salad dressing bottle. And I've also taken my own packet of salad dressing to use. Ranch can vary widely. I've seen it up to 11g.~Attek
