Travelling...Food for being on the Road????

I'm going on vacation in August and will be driving from Switzerland to Spain. We'll be taking it easy and drive the distance in two days with a sleepover. I was wondering if any of you have some suggestions regarding the foods I could take to eat on for these two days. I eat pretty much everything but pork. Oh and I do have a moderate size cooler in the car.

Are you asking what kind of foods to keep in the car?

If you have a cooler, you're all set. Take meats, cheeses, hardboiled eggs, cut veggies, ranch/dip, pepperoni, beef jerky. These foods are acceptable for all phases.

Are you still on induction, or have you begun OWL? Here are some more foods you can add (that travel well), depending on what rung you are currently on:

      Rung 2--yogurt, cottage cheese
Rung 3--almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, etc.

Thank you for the ideas. I'm still doing Extended Induction. Since I am trying to get my blood sugar levels in control, Atkins recommends to stay on EI until the levels are getting better (or close to normal). I personally decided to do EI until end of July (getting blood test done then). And then during my vacation in August, I want to start with OWL and see if that works better for me and my sugar levels.
