    Re: whats your FAVORITE?

I make "chocolate mousse." It's not REAL mousse, it's just heavy cream, sweetener, and cocoa whipped until stiff.

Does whipped cream with sweetener count?
I always like the whipped cream more than the actual cake that was under it

I add cream to the crustless quiches I make.

BTW if you are on induction do watch the amount you use and make sure you stick to the limits!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Oh, you can also make Italian sodas! Those are OK for induction because they are well within your daily limits of cream and sweeteners. Mix a bit of cream, a bit of SF syrup, and fill with club soda. It's delicious!

Once you get to Rung 2, you can have more cream as a serving, and you can make alfredo sauce, which is AWESOME when combined with chicken and broccoli, and poured over spaghetti squash.

                  1 cup cream
                  1/2 cup parmesan cheese
                  2 tbsp butter

                  1. Melt butter in pan.
                  2. Add cream and mix well.
                  3. Add cheese until mixture thickens to desired consistency.
                  4. Keep stirring over low-medium heat. DO NOT BOIL. To thicken sauce, add more parmesan, to thin sauce, add more cream.

That sounds good Julie! Do you use the parmesan from the bottle?

I think you can add either, though I think the fresh/hard stuff works better than the powder from the bottle.

See, I disagree....I think the stuff in the can works best. It thickens better than the real stuff.

                        IMO of course.

you can make any flavor Mousse if you ditch the sweetner and cocoa and add 1/5 pkg of sugarfree jello.

I also like it in iced coffee....sinful!
