so today I stumble across http://www.atkins.com/carb-counter and thought that I would add up everything I have eating today so far.
If you count up those 0.4's or 0.9's that I have been coming across it sure doesn't take long to get up to 20 carbs. per day, while doing Induction (for me at least).
However, I do find it handy knowing the approx. carbs. in each little thing I consume so that I continue to lose and be more informed in my choices.
Even spices have a carb count it might not be "1", but a <1...such as .9 that's still a carb count especially when you add up all the other point somethings.
