    Dot, OMG please, please move into the Ongoing Weight Loss phase right away so that you don't EVER have to feel guilty about eating more broccoli than 1 cup!!! Vegetables are one of Atkins pleasures. Go ahead and move up and enjoy your vegetables!!

      Ha! I know, I know! But i was on OWL for 5 months (no exercise and i only put on a kilo) but i've decided to get down to the weight i've always wanted to be before reverting back again I have 4kg to go... which is around 8.8 pounds. I'm almost there!!!!
