I don't get it. I have been on Atkins for 2 weeks now. My clothes are fitting better, people are noticing I've lost weight and I feel like a million bucks.
Problem is...the scale says I've only lost 4 pounds! I went to the gym today and expected a 10 pound loss. I have been in ketosis (based upon my breath)
for 10 days. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
(I also stopped taking Lexapro on the same day I started Atkins....) Maybe that has something to do with it.
Please help! I was feeling so proud of myself until I jumped on the scale. Sheesh.
ETA - I am 5'9, 160. Not needing to lose a bunch...but wanted to lose FAST due to an upcoming beach vacation.
