Re: Deviled Eggs??
Depends on what you put in them...(just had to add that in
).
There's just so much you can do with those little devils
Stuff w/cream cheese
Stuff w/cottage cheese
Stuff w/shredded cheese and top with bacon and "nuke" in microwave for 20 seconds ( or less)
Totally portable food!

Re: Deviled Eggs??
Boil your eggs
Slice in 1/2
Remove egg yolk in a small bowl
Lay Egg White 1/2s on a plate
Mix egg yolk w/whatever you like...mayo or mustard, seasoning, etc.
Use a spoon to fill each egg white 1/2, or put the egg yolk mix in a baggie, cut off the tip of the bag enough to allow the egg yolk to come out of the bag, and squeeze into the egg whites. I usually have left overs, which is fine with me, because I use the leftover egg yolk mix on my salads
Cover and Refridgerate what you don't use...and mine usually only last a couple of days.

Re: Deviled Eggs??
They sell containers for them. They fit perfectly because the spaces you put them into are in the shape of half eggs.

Re: Deviled Eggs??
I have never seen special containers for them over here!
After finding mine were all messy when I got to the 'bring a plate' event I now prepare them up to the mixing of the filling stage and take them along unassembled, then lay out the empty egg whites and use the snipped-off baggie method to pipe the filling into them.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
