I've had a lot to do this week, so I haven't had a chance to finish the book.
I had a question about meal times.
Does it matter what time we eat? I'm mainly concerned about breakfast. For example, today I had to do some stuff in the morning. I didn't have time to cook breakfast so I just did what I had to do and then I came back around 10am made breakfast.
Should I aim at eating really early in the morning (normally between 6-7am) or is it okay if I sometimes eat a little bit later?
For lunch I eat around noon and dinner I try to eat between 5-6:30pm.
