Re: Cheat day?
Here's what happened to me on my "cheat day". I went 5 weeks with absolutely no cheats. Did everything perfect. Lost 15 pounds in that time frame and some size. One cheat day. Breakfast was normal, but had 1/2 a cinnamon roll. Felt like crap, didn't want to eat lunch. When dinner came around, had Taco Bell with regular Pepsi.
So what happened? The next morning I was a pound lighter. A day later, two pounds heavier. Finally, 6 days after the cheat, I had a weight loss! I still crave a bean burrito, but I have Vegas coming up at the end of September. lol
