  • Multivitamin

Yesterday I went to the store to try to buy some multivitamins, but I didn't know which to get. Almost all had iron and the ones that didn't were labeled mature or 50 and over.

Can anyone suggest a certain brand?

I get the GNC brand Women's Ultra Mega Bone Density without iron It's got the daily calcium requirements, plus a full B complex...and many others that Dr. A recommends.

i recommend centrum. it's the only one made in a pharmaceutcal manufacturing facility up to pharma standards. i sit on a national committee of dietary supplement manufacturers from all over the country, but i happen to represent a large pharmaceutical company. the stories i could tell you about how and where most other vitamins are made would raise the hair on the back of your neck...
