Hi Everybody,
So today is the official one month mark and I'll try to explain how it went, my up's and downs. The first 2 weeks were difficult but not really as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had great success dropping 9 lbs mostly in the first week. The next 2 weeks were harder, mostly mentally because you began to see your self thinner and leaner, so you tell yourself "I'm doing great let me eat this Hamburger, IT WILL BE OK" and sadly no it isn't. Once you have those carbs you boot your system out of Ketosis and to break it all over again is not fun. Back to feeling like crap for a day or two. In the last month not just did I start this WOE but, I've been inspired and driven by the amount of love and support I've received from this board. It's truely amazing how I can open the webpage and feel and natural high and the voices in the back of my head say " You Can DO IT, You're in Control" Thanks to so many people who push you to succeed and push you to do better I've been able to drop a total of 18 pounds in 30 days. That's astonishing to me. I've also discovered the joys of getting my butt up and jogging/biking/running. I'm addicted, if I don;t do it twice a day, I feel like I'm cheating myself. I physically look much better but mostly Mentally and Emotioanlly I'm on cloud nine. If you're just starting and thinking "I can't do This" I want you to pay close attention, NOTHING FEELS AS GOOD AS BEING HEALTHY AND THIN, people look at you in a whole new way. People are very prejudist against over weight people and with the nation facing more and more obesity you're at the right place to overcome it and be in that Top 10 percent. I hope to have another great month. Thanks for everything everybody!
