How does coffee stall weight loss? I am just wondering of anyone knows how that works. All I've been told is that is just does, and for that reason alone I managed to give it up (it was just as hard as I thought it would be, but the rumors are true - you do feel better without it!!). I can't really complain about my weight loss so far, I've lost 22 pounds, 10 inches off my tummmy (in 6 weeks) and I fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear for months!! And my back fat is shrinking, which I just can't tell you how much I love (haha). I should confess that I had a huge fall off the wagon this last weekend. There was beer, spinach dip with bread, but the worst was last night - we had chinese food (or as I call it, candy meat). And boy, did I feel awful. Not just guilty but physically sick, no energy, upset tummy, headache. That was a huge reminder of just how bad sugar and carbs are, one I won't soon forget. And I was doing so well!! At least it was situational (end of the season baseball party(ies)) and I know it won't happen again. ugh.
But other than that all is good! Can anyone answer the cofee question though? This one has bugged me for months.
p.s. I did the spit test for Candida, and it turned out positive. Not the worst news, but not the best either! At least I know, right?
