Hello everyone,
Today is day 4 on induction and i'm starting to feel great. I'm calling this my pre-induction because i'm not doing 100% clean induction yet as i'm cutting out things a few days at a time, i've done sugar, wheat, diet drinks and now i'm doing coffee.
I'm having 2 atkins meals a day and sometimes even 3 atkins meals a day. I have lost a few pounds but i put this down to not having sugar.
I know this is not the way to start atkins but on monday i will start atkins 100% and i know i can and WILL do it this time. I have suffered with an eating disorder in the past and giving up different food group sends me into binge mode but this last 4 days my head is really clear, i'm calm and focused on what i have to do and how i will do it.
Thank you to everyone, you all make this journey so much better that doing it alone.
