  • Accurate scale?

    Hi Guys,
Was wondering what scale you guys use. Mine is not very accurate. Up and down 2 or 3 pounds at the drop of a hat. The other day I got on and it said I was down 7 pounds. In two days, I don't think so So I got off and weighed again in about 30 seconds and it said I was down 1 pound. I have A Tanita which I've heard is a good brand but I'm getting tired of not getting an accurate reading. Any suggestions would be great.
    Thanks,

    Susan

I have a weight watchers digital scale. Seems pretty consistent. It's tough having a scale that's wacked out!

      I have a Health O Meter from wal-mart. It's digital, works good.

I have a Weight Watchers scale, too...not because of the "diet" but because I have 2 family members who own one and I used each of their scales before I bought this one.

I wonder if your Tanita needs a new battery? I had one of those health o meters before and it use to not jive from one minute to the next. I was so discouraged I ended up tossing the thing in the garbage out of pure rage (pms). I should have replaced the battery.

Thanks, guys. It seem like it's always been a little off but now that I think about it, I've had it for quite a while before I started Atkins so it may very well be the batterie I'll check in to that. If that doesn't work I may have to get a weight watchers.
