  • coconut oil

I posted this on a different forum with no luck..maybe it will do better here!

I've heard a lot about coconut oil lately and from what I've researched it seems like a great things, especially for low carbers. Does anyone incorporate it into their meals? Just looking for any input on it!

    Re: coconut oil

Hello, I didn't see your message in another thread otherwise I would have answered it I love coconut oil. I started using it when I read in a magazine the benifits for low carbers. I don't remember the details though. One thing you have to be careful though, it does have a pretty strong coconut taste so it can make certain things taste a little "weird. but I've used it to fry chicken in, yummy. I also fried cauliflower with it. I've heard it's real good with shrimp but I don't like fish so I don't know. But it's good stuff. I wish I could think of more ways to use it though.
