  • Is these acceptable ??

    That thin peppers I dont know what is it called

    and the square shaped burger cheese or cheese slices I dont know what do u call it exactly .. can anyone also tell me what is the not acceptable cheese types .. and last .. they mean by cream cheese like that Kraft one ? right ?
    I need fast answers please I am going to the Super Market in a few hours .. Thanx

    yeah theyre fine....

    cheese that is not processed is good!

    cream cheese is good, just check that it doesnt have sugar added!!

          yep, it's Philadelphia cream cheese...if you take the natural or naturel ( or whatever it's called in your country) version, you should be fine.
          Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

            How about the other cream cheese I think its called cream cheese spread the one in glass cans is that aceptable ?

                good question, this is all country specific...the only cream cheese I could find here in holland is philadelphia or the cheap versions of it but none in a jar or can.
                Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

                  Dont worry guys we have all sorts of brands in here ! but I wanted to know about the other cream cheese (not the Philadelphia one) like I said before its called Cream Cheese Spread I think .. many brands make that one for example: Kraft

                    Often something called whatever spread has lots of extra stuff added to make it spreadable.
                    You need to look at the list of ingredients to see if what they have added is on the list of allowed foods for your Atkins phase to be sure.
