Re: Women's Forum
You need to apply to one of the admins to be granted entry to the women's forum by sending a pm or you can join from your control panel.
First make sure your signature includes your gender (lots of us just have the letter F or M in ours for this purpose) then click on the 'user CP' link at the top of the page and scroll down to select the option 'Group memberships' on the left of the screen.
You will then see a list of forums you can join. click on the 'Join group' link to the right of the forum info and a request to join will be sent.
It may take a day or so for the 'paperwork' to go through, but as soon as you have been subscribed you will magically see the forum when you log in. It is down the main page near the STAC and Century Club forums.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
