    crackerbarrel sharp cheese question

    I just bought crackerbarrell sharp cheese and it has 0 carbs and no sugar added. I am doing induction still since i had a cheat on induction. (bad i know)

    Will having a few slices of this put a damper on getting back into ketosis??
