    Can anyone tell me if there is a way to set up Fitday to track net carbs or do you just have to figure that from the totals yourself??? Just picking your brains. MMMmmmmmmmmmmm brains........... (JK)

    well it will count your fiber if you go to goals and choose fiber, it doesn't matter what number you put it, thats one then the other is alcohols, it's already on there. You'll still have to subtract the alcohols and fiber but it tells you how many. HTH

      What besides the obvious (booze) is considered alcohols? Sorry if that is a silly question. Where would I find it on a nutritional label?

        Sugar alcohols I mean, like in SF candy, the sugar alcohols are usually subtracted....

          I hope this will be the last question ( for today anyway). Why, when I enter celery does it not count any fiber??? Celery is freaking full of fiber?!?!?!?!
