I dont know how much exactly I need to drink I just drink as much as I can so lets say how many glasses of water do I have to drink or there is a 600ml bottle of water infront of me how many 600ml bottles do I have to drink a day ? that would be much simpler .. thanx ..
btw I am feling tired and dizzy today is this the induction flu ?!! I cant even walk too much

At least 64 ounces of water daily. 64 ounces is about 2 liters.

Tired and dizzy sounds just like the induction flu. Drink MORE water today. Rest. Take a slow walk for 20 minutes. Go to bed early.

Yep, 4 600 ml bottles of water. (I know, I know. You'll be spending every five minutes in the bathroom, peeing! But that goes away after a few days, and it's important to do this!)

1 oz. = 30 ml
1000 ml = 1 Liter
