Eight weeks have finally come and gone by. Here is my progess loss update:
Weight - 22.9 lbs
Neck - 1.5 inches
Chest - 3 inches
Waist - 3.5 inches
Hips - 4 inches
I've noticed that in the past couple weeks my weight loss has gone up from 2 pounds per week to three per week as well. Also, I didn't do my first measurements until week 2, so I don't have a totally accurate measurement as we know we lose the most in week one usually.

. The scale is an evil lying thing. I need to learn how to take measurements, but for sure I know I have lost inches. Clothes fits a lot loose and stuff like that, etc.
