Good Luck!! You'll be fine, just don't get frustrated and quit. If you feel like quitting, get on this bored and look at the before and after pics and that should keep you going...remember, you will get through weeks without weigh loss and then it will start again....if you cheat and screw up, get back up and start fresh...
Hey, don't psyche yourself out by anticipate side-effects like headaches. You may not get them at all! Drink lots of water, eat your healthy meals, and watch your new self emerge. We're all here rooting for ya!

1/2 hour on the cross trainer and 1/2 hour on the recumbant bike.
i found it quite easy, not sore this morning, its far to early to weigh myself but i have lost 1 lb.
i wont go on the scales till next week or i will get obsessive with them.
Well done for hitting the gym again Derek! My stomach is aching from abs crunches at the moment!!!! lol Have you thought about joining one of the exercise challenges?? they keep you really motivated!!

yep sure have got details of the stella artois challenge anywhere please ?
i think i will restart slow and steady at the gym and the bulild it up over the coming weeks in the run up to autumn, the idea hopefully being i will have lost 2-3 stone for xmas fingers crossed,
the hardest bit was going to the gym for the first time now ive done it once it will become part of my lifestyle routine, and i may even go before work in the morning.
the headache has gone by the way and i feel abit more bright and alert.
i am currently at 141 kg and last time i tried the atkins before we went away i managed to get down to 135 kg so i will aim for that for now and treat myself when and if i get there and then go on to aim for 125 then 115 then stop at 100 kg if im fortunate to get there.
maybe not the stella artois challenge!!! lol maybe a water challenge is the nearest you'll come to on here until you get to the alcohol rungs!!! hehe!!!
I think 2-3 stone will be easily achieved by Christmas, so long as you keep on track and keep on with the exercise - just gradually build yourself up. My husband hated the thought of going to the gym, but I dragged him along with me in February and he now loves it, and has lost 4 stone!!!!
