    Does anyone use this? It's kind of like a Myspace for dieters, real nice supportive people. But I am ticked. I did my weigh-in this morning and this is the little computer generated response it gave me (as I was feeling so good and so proud).

    Good Job! However, you are losing weight too quickly and you need to slow the pace of your weight loss to no more than 2-3 lbs per week. You are strongly urged to consult your physician or health care professional.

          I used to use Buddy Slim all the time, til I found this board. They are nice over there, but I kind of like that we are all eating the same on this board. Maybe I should update my profile and start posting over there again. Hmm...
