Hi. I've been on this plan for 25 days and had 1 cheat day. I was 160 and now I'm down to 152... Should I have lost more weight during this period?
Basically, i have been eating beef patty hamburgers, and tuna with mayo and some eggs. 1 night last week I had macademia nuts. Is 8 pounds in 25 days a slow weight loss?
