Can you have like low fat pudding on the on going weight loss stage. Also sparling water with no calories carbs or anything.

I don't think you can have pudding on induction and I'm not sure what rung is appropriate. However, you want to steer away from low fat. I think it tends to have more sugar and more calories? I can't remember. But you want to stay away from low fat.
And Liz is right, you need to check the carb and sugar count on the back of the box.

The low fat pudding is still going to have sugar in it, so the answer i'm afraid is no.
Re the water, yes. Sparlking water is absolutely fine. I dont drink it, but thats because I dont like it. But plain old sparkling water is perfect. Make sure you don't have any of the flavoured ones though.

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
