    Hi Everyone,

    I'm doing really well and met my first target of 190lbs this morning. I have no carb cravings and fingers crossed that i can keep it up i just have to get organised with my weekly shopping.

    GW8: 120lbs Target Weight by 20th Dec 07 for Holiday in new york.

    Goal: To be happy & healthy and buy lot's of new clother for my holiday.

      You're doing great, no reason to stop now
      Restarting is so difficult. I'm having to do it now and all I want is my energy back.
      Anyway, keep up the good work!
