Which time?
This time I started April 17th and have lost 17 pounds (give or take an ounce or two) and 44 1/2 inches.
I've gone up the OWL rungs to carrots, backed down to berries, backed down to just dairy, up to berries/fruit, and now I'm currently back down to Rung 1...more veggies (of which I'm really loving) to see if berries/fruit (again) are stalling me.
The one treat that I can think of is my laughing cow chese (I really like this stuff especially when I had fruit before giving those up) and this morning was a big treat to have mock danish...1 egg, 1 oz of cream cheese, 1 tsp Splenda...mix well, nuke for 90s and eat (I found it in the recipes).

I have lost around 140 pounds, give or take a few since I started Atkineering in June 2003.
Now I am in premaintenace where I am 'allowed' anything my body can cope with except sugar, white flour, pasta, white rice etc I have a fair variety of fruits and veggies.
On induction I ate most of the 54 fruits & veggies except pumpkinand jicama which I have never been able to find (in UK), and now though I eat an occasional apple, plum, pear, grapefruit and other fruits from the higher OWL fruit rung I tend to stick to berries and rhubarb for fruits.
As for treats - I resolved to stop thinking of food of any sort as a 'treat' so my treats are things like new nail polish, shoes, an ipod, a beauty treatment etc - all non-food rewards to myself!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

76 lbs gone so far and I am on the berry rung. Lately I have nejoyed cantalope and watermelon. I don't like berries. I really don't miss anything yet.30/F/5'6"

No fruits yet, I'm on rung 2-dairy.
Veggies--peppers, cucumbers, fresh spinach, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, jicama are some of my favorites.
Treats--Low carb ice cream! Also, buying new weights and exercise dvd's.

I've lost 6 lbs and am in OWL. I suppose that doesn't sound like much but I'm quite pleased, expecially since I've lost control and had popcorn at the movies 3 times now. I think I'll actually let myself have a once-a-month movie popcorn and stop all this guilt; I truly enjoy it and for me it doesn't start other cravings, it's all I want! I am one of those people who is willing to slow down the weight loss and enjoy my food, I don't care if it's slow as long as it keeps happening. Treats: atkins protein bars and shakes, low carb chocolate bars, berries and whipped cream, low carb hot chocolate....

59.4 pounds - 2004 i lost about 20 of those and the rest are since april (ish) this year...
My fave veggie is cauliflower as you can do soooooo much with it (mash, rice etc)

started 5th of July, lost 4.1 kg (about 9 pounds) and 34 centimeters :P
I'm on the nuts and seeds rung right now and I still love my brussels sprouts, broccoli, kohlrabi and tomatoes.
my treats? definitely whipped cream even though I eat that pretty much every day lol.
apart from that it's definitely clothing

48 lbs... am in maintenance now and have been for the last two years.
My treat is a glass of red wine in the evenings, but I waited until maintenance for this.Before and after:

60 pounds for me thus far and it's been 10 months.
Veggies for me: broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower (usually with melted cheese on it), lettuce and tomato.
Treats: Redi-Whip whipped cream (just squirt it on the spoon) and diet Jell-O
BTW - my next weigh-in is tomorrow morning and I may be close to breaking the 220 barrier!!!Mark
